Hate missing out on a sale? So do I. There's nothing more annoying than buying something and then seeing it go on sale, at the same store, only days later. I personally find it so annoying that once I've made a purchase, I won't even check online to see whether it's been reduced in price afterwards. There's just no point getting worked up when there's nothing that I can do about it.
It's those kind of annoyances, big and small, that dictate a lot of our sales approach at SaddlehorseBlues. We assume that you won't like many of the same things and we endeavor to ensure that you don't face them when you shop with us.
If you purchase anything with us that is due to go on sale within the following 72 hours, we honour that sale in the moment- even though we haven't advertised it yet. For example, prior to our last "buy two sets of coils, get one set free" sale every person who bought two sets of coils in the days leading up received a third set free. Instead of customers upset that they missed a sale, ours were happy to get in on a sale they didn't even know was coming.
It's those little things that make a difference to our customers, and are a part of our philosophy at SaddlehorseBlues. We look out for you, because you're more than just a customer to us, you're family. And doesn't everyone deserve the V.I.P. treatment?
