We are very pleased to have recently partnered with DHL to provide shipping to a worldwide market. Now customers can access the same great customer service and quality vape products globally that were previously only available to a North American audience. And DHL is the perfect partner, moving packages at a much faster rate than EMS!
We've put together a few helpful tips for our customers outside of Canada and the U.S. to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. In order to provide you with an accurate shipping cost, please contact us at email@example.com with the following information: your name, full mailing address (including whether this is a residence or business), phone number, and list of items required. Your information will strictly be used for shipping and customs form purposes. If you'd like to be signed up to our mailing list, please do so separately.
We will then send you an invoice with your items and the shipping cost and upon your approval and payment received you will receive a DHL tracking number.
If you are shopping during a sales event, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid your item(s) selling out before an order is completed. We cannot hold items without payment. You may benefit from contacting us in advance with your wish list so that we can estimate shipping for you and process your order more quickly once you are ready to complete a purchase.
