Shipping is available within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. (See below for global shipments.) All orders will receive a tracking number. Orders inside Canada will be delivered by Canada Post. Orders in the U.S. will be delivered by USPS. Orders from the United Kingdom will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you directly from our site at the time of mailing. If you are in Canada, you can track your package at www.canadapost.ca. If you are in the United States, your package will originate with Canada Post and be handed off to USPS once it crosses the border. You can track your package at www.usps.com. If you are in the United Kingdom your package will be handed off from Canada Post to the Royal Mail service. You can track your package once it has arrived in the UK at www.royalmail.com.
Please note that once a package has been mailed we have no control over delays that may occur at customs or due to other causes. Occasionally, the courier may miss scanning an item at a given checkpoint and the package may not show any movement until the item is out for delivery. We do not have any additional information other than what can be seen on Canada Post’s or USPS’s or Royal Mail's website.
DHL Express Shipping option:
If you live outside of Canada, DHL Express shipping is an option available to you. This is particularly helpful if you are in a rush to receive your package or prefer that added bit of security. Simply choose DHL Express at checkout.
Note: All orders over $199.00 Canadian shipped to the United States or the United Kingdom will be shipped via DHL Express. This is to ensure the swift and safe delivery of your package. This is especially critical in the case of limited edition items. We thank you for your understanding.
We require an adult signature on all packages. Age verification is done via Canada Post. If you are home at the time of delivery, you will be asked to show ID and sign for your package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be held at the nearest post office where they will verify your age and obtain a signature.
Please ensure that the name you submit for shipping purposes is the name of the person retrieving the package.
Should you be underage, or fail to retrieve the shipment, the package will be returned to us. Should the products that you ordered be restricted in your jurisdiction as a matter of local legislation, you will be responsible for the cost of return. You will be refunded your purchase less $50 CAD to cover the costs of shipping both ways and to restock the item(s). PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH US IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE- YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.
Orders received Monday through Friday will generally ship same day if shipping is via Canada Post/USPS/Royal Mail. Some orders that require additional preparation may ship next day but this is rare.
DHL orders must be received before 9 am to leave same day as the courier leaves at 10 am.
Orders received over a weekend or Canadian federal holiday will ship the next available week day.
During high volume shipping times, such as the Christmas holiday season, shipments may experience a delay. If you require a package before a certain date, leave yourself adequate time and place your order as soon as possible.
All orders require “tracked shipping” which is available for a small fee. We subsidize shipping costs on all packages, keeping rates low for you.
Orders over $199 CAD require a signature for the protection of your purchase. While this service is currently available within Canada at no extra cost to our patrons, there is a fee associated with the service to the U.S.A. and the U.K. as we must use DHL Express.
Please note, we do not set shipping rates- we use Canada Post, USPS and DHL Express Worldwide. Our customers do not bear the full cost of shipping.

Please contact us should your package be lost or damaged and we will assist in filing a claim with Canada Post or DHL Express. Customers using USPS or Royal Mail will need to contact their carrier directly to file a claim.

Seizure of packages because of jurisdictional legislation is the responsibility of the customer. Please know your local laws with regards to nicotine vaping products and order accordingly.
